OKX is showing extreme mediocrity and lowest levels of innovation by not even being able to come up with a name of their own. adoption means fighting for our values - anyone coming in our crosshairs cant be ignored. last cycle crypto imploded because of corporations pretending and marketed as being crypto failed hard. in every case it can be derived from not following 1st principles - decentralisation, transparency, self-custody, p2p value exchange and counter party resistance. FTX, Celsius, Voyager, Blockfi etc. the crypto community not only let it happen, but also cheered for it, because they thought it was great for the adoption of crypto. in the end everyone lost, not only capital but it also gave crypto a bad reputation in normie land as well as regulators easy talking points to continously decieve the general public of the “dangers” of crypto - i.e Elisabeth Warren, BIS (https://x.com/ackebom/status/1722415522229133326?s=20) did we not learn anything from the last cycle? XEN was created to combat this trend and go back to the roots of why crypto was created in the first place - by following the spirit of Satoshi. first OKX excercised their centralised power by singling out our contract on their supposedly decentralised chain. now they cold heartedly try to steal our identity - an identity that stands for 1st principles of crypto. we have had an extreme tempo for tech, especially and in particular the last 2 months. we’re not loosing focus on that. also factor in the worked up value of X1. we have 1 year of references, recognition and identity associated with it. letting it go and coming up with a new one will take huge amount of time from building.
